1 Day Litchfield National Park Explorer Tour

The first stop for the day on this great tour is Florence Falls, one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Litchfield. Watch the water cascading down a series of deep rock pools at the Buley Rockholes. After a short drive, next stop is Wangi Falls and a short walk to reach a lookout area above the falls.

After Wangi Falls, next stop is Tolmer Falls where the lookout provides a perfect location to watch the falls decending from a narrow gorge into a beautiful plunge pool. Next is Greenant Creek and an enjoyable scenic walk through monsoon rainforest before arriving at the falls.

Leaving Litchfield, a great day is rounded off with a visit to the floodplains scattered with hundreds of termite mounds, amazing structures over 2 metres tall that are all perfectly aligned. You will be dropped off back in Darwin after a day full of swimming, adventure and great Top End scenery.
